No Fee Policy*

In most personal injury or medical malpractice cases, Keches & Mallen works on a contingency fee basis. That means you pay no fee unless we obtain an award or settlement on your behalf. If we do, our fee and expenses are deducted at the end of the case.

In workers' compensation cases you pay no fee. The legal fees and expenses are paid by the insurance companies. If your worker's compensation case settles, then our fees and expenses are deducted from the settlement.

With social security claims, Keches & Mallen is paid a percentage of past due benefits only if we are successful in securing those benefits for you.

*In very few cases, depending on the circumstances, we may request a retainer fee which is paid in advance.
