Joe Agnelli is a partner at Keches & Mallen, P.C. which he joined in 1986, shortly after it was founded. Before joining Keches & Mallen, he represented both employees and insurance companies in workers' compensation claims. Today, Mr. Agnelli devotes himself to representing injured workers who need his services in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, Accidental Disability Retirement and Long Shoremen's Act claims.

Mr. Agnelli has lectured at numerous continuing legal education programs on Workers' Compensation law, and has co-chaired the Workers' Compensation update seminars for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) for the past several years. He is also a contributing author to the 2001 MCLE publication, Workers' Compensation Practice in Massachusetts. He has been a guest lecturer for the Workers' Compensation course at Southern New England School of Law.

Mr. Agnelli is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and its Workers' Compensation committee. He is also a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and served as co-chair of its Workers' Compensation committee for a number of years.

Mr. Agnelli is a graduate of Fitchburg State College, magna cum laude, and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School. He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1980 and to the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts in 1981.
