Claudine Cloutier, a partner in the firm, joined Keches & Mallen, P.C. as an attorney in 1996, having previously worked for the firm while in law school, and after serving for one year as a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court.

Ms. Cloutier completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University in 1992 and attended Suffolk University Law School, where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award as well as the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for scholastic excellence. Ms. Cloutier served as a law student intern with the Bristol County District Attorney's Office and graduated from Suffolk Law School, cum laude, in 1995. She recently co-authored the MCLE article, "Practical Aspects of Pursuing Construction Site Litigation - Plaintiff's Perspective."

Ms. Cloutier was born in Fall River, Massachusetts. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
