Charlotte E. Glinka Taunton, Massachusetts
Charlotte Glinka is a partner at Keches & Mallen, P.C. and one of the senior litigators in the firm's Medical Malpractice department, which has developed a reputation for success throughout the state. "We have a talented, experienced and well-integrated team of people who work hard to achieve the very best results for our clients," Ms. Glinka says. "Our clients are people who have suffered catastrophic injuries or the loss of a loved one, and it is our goal to bring a measure of compensatory justice to their lives."
Ms. Glinka handles all aspects of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and trial work in the state and federal courts, including Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Products Liability, and a wide range of general liability cases. She also handles cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. A number of Ms. Glinka's successful cases have been reported in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and other noted legal publications. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Bar Association, where she has held several committee positions. Ms. Glinka participates in educational programs and seminars throughout the state for lawyers, law students and the public. Ms. Glinka received the distinction of being named by Boston Magazine as one of the state's Super Lawyers in 2006 and 2007.
Ms. Glinka was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1991. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Suffolk University Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review, winner of the 1st and 2nd year Moot Court competitions and the 3rd year Mock Trial competition, and a recipient of the Harold B. Goodwin, Jr. scholarship award for trial advocacy.
