Ann Marie Maguire is the founder of Keches & Mallen's Medical Malpractice Department. She joined Keches & Mallen in 1995 after practicing law as a partner with a nationally renowned Boston law firm for many years. Ms. Maguire's experience in the legal profession spans 25 years, with a career emphasis on representing victims and families in catastrophic personal injury cases. Her achievements include obtaining highly publicized multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. "I have the most rewarding career in the world - helping seriously injured clients." says Ms. Maguire.

Ms. Maguire has been honored by the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys by being invited to serve as a member of the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee. She is also President of the corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees of Southern New England School of Law. Ms. Maguire was privileged to have served two Massachusetts Governors on the Executive Committee of the Judicial Nominating Committee, the body charged with reviewing and interviewing judicial candidates. Recently, Ms. Maguire has been nominated and invited to become a Fellow in the Massachusetts Bar Foundation Society of Fellows.

Other professional commitments include lecturing and educating trial attorneys. Ms. Maguire has been a frequent lecturer and participant in educational seminars for attorneys for organizations such as the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. She has also contributed legal publications in the field of personal injury.

Ms. Maguire is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges.
